Saisons & Farmhouse Ales

Seizoen

A traditional farmhouse saison or 'seasonal' style beer brewed for flavor and rich character. Four select yeast strains are used to brew this complex, fruity and aromatic beer. An abundant amount of whole cone fuggle and golding hops create a desirable balance with the barley malt, wheat and oats.

Seizoen Bretta

This award-winning saison is fermented with our house blend of four select yeast strains, producing fruity and spicy flavors that are balanced by hops and soft malt character.  Natural carbonation is provided by refermentation with our house Brettanomyces yeast, providing added dryness and crisp complexity to the Seizoen Bretta.

Table Bretta

We wanted to combine the complex experience of drinking our Seizoen Bretta with the lower alcohol of a table saison. The result is Table Bretta, a softly hopped Brett Saison fermented with a custom blend of saison and brettanomyces yeasts.  Spicy and  floral  notes from the hops and saison yeasts are accompanied by the familiar leathery funk of Brettanomyces. The body is kept intact by the presence of lots of wheat and oats.

Urban Encore

This easy drinking farmhouse ale is an homage to one of our favorite beers from our friends at The Commons Brewery. Brewed with Pilsner, Wheat, Vienna, and Oats, lightly hopped with Goldings and Fuggles, and fermented with a classic farmhouse ale yeast. It's an everyday drinking beer, and one of our favorites!

Cape Horn Farmhouse Pale

Named after an iconic local hiking trail, Cape Horn is a thirst quenching copper-colored farmhouse ale fermented with our cleanest farmhouse ale yeast, and dry-hopped with Amarillo for an extra kick of citrus aroma and flavor.
