Style: Farmhouse Ale w/ Brettanomyces
A refreshingly dry and drinkable farmhouse ale brewed with Pilsner malt, Vienna malt, wheat malt, and oats. Subtle biscuity flavors and a smooth mouthfeel make for an easy sipper, while classic fruity esters from two Saccharomyces (brewer's yeast) strains and two Brettanomyces strains round out the fermentation profile. All of this is nicely complimented by subtle floral notes from Fuggle and Savinjski Golding hops. An everyday drinking beer for fans of fermentation driven beers.
