The base recipe for this beer is identical to our classic farmhouse ale Urban Encore, but with the addition of a heavy dose of Citra hops in the whirlpool and in dry-hopping. The additional hops contribute complimentary citrusy and fruity aromas, which blend well with the rustic saison yeast character. 5%ABV
